We will be contacting each of you, our valued guests, to schedule your appointments. There are currently no appointments in our books, and we humbly ask for your patience with our limited hours and services*. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any new customers at this time. Finally, we have a staff member with a high risk pregnancy, so please be diligent when considering an appointment. Everyone’s safety and health are our #1 priority, and we will be following all of the mandated and recommended precautions.
*Blow drying and certain other services will be temporarily unavailable. Please consult your stylist.
Before your Appointment
- Arrive 10 minutes early to allow for our new operating process
- Call upon your arrival and remain in your car for instructions
- Wear an appropriately fitted mask at all times inside the salon
- Book only one child at a time (otherwise, only active clients allowed inside)
- Do not eat or drink while in the salon
- Sign the customer waiver before your arrival
If you’re unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure you are not charged. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled and no-shows will be charged 50% of the requested service.

At B. Lee & Co., we are following national and local guidelines in order to protect our clients, staff, and community. In compliance with the CDC, as well as the Connecticut State Department of Public Health, we will maintain social distancing and sanitation practices to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19. We ask that social distancing be observed by everyone in the salon to the extent that is reasonably possible. All stations, including tools, furniture, and other equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. Everyone is required to wear an approved surgical or cloth mask, which must be worn correctly over the ears, covering the nose and mouth, and cannot wrap around the back of the head. If you or anyone in your family/household have developed a fever in the last two weeks, had any symptoms of a cold or flu, traveled abroad, or been near anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19, please do not schedule an appointment until you have been cleared of any contractible illness.
